one down...

two to go.

i cried the entire drive to school. nothing like a good purging cry to relieve the nerves. seriously made me feel so much better. the exam was really not that bad. our prof took pity on us and made it only 4 hours instead of 5. That was nice. It was 5 essay questions. Four of which were very fair questions and i think i did fine. One was completely ridiculous and i have no idea what he was asking let alone why. i BSed it as best i could, and threw in pretty much any legal idea that i thought was in any way relevant. from what i heard after we were done, everyone was complaining about that question. hopefully when he reads the exams he will realize it was a horrible question and knock down the point value. And even if he doesn't change the value, it doesn't really matter as long as we all screwed it up, nobody will throw the curve too much. (i will reserve all complaints about the curve system for another day.) The rest of the exam was fine. I won't say i did awesome or anything, i think i might have spewed a little too much, but i am definitely content.

now i just have to kick some ass in my next two exams. kind of sucks there arent really that many days to prepare, but it'll work out. i'm half up to date on property and criminal law outlines. hopefully i can finish outlining property outlining tomorrow and then just be able to study on friday and saturday and sunday for monday's exam.

my back has been killing me from being hunched over a desk studying 8 hours a day for the past 2 weeks so i've been going back to the chiropractor everyday this week. its definitely helping, although i'm not liking the $15 copay every visit. i'm hoping to just go back friday and once next week. after that i should be fine. i guess i have the dumbass drunk driver who caused my three car accident last november to thank for this. argh. thats another post altogether too.

ahhh i can't wait for exams to be over. such a weight was lifted today. one down. two to go. i'll make it.
